Validity Period: This card is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Non-Refundable Balance: The amount loaded onto this card is non-refundable in cash and can only be used for purchasing products or services.

Loss or Theft: In case of loss or theft, recovery or refund is not possible, and the use of the lost card will be the responsibility of the customer.

Ownership: This card is issued for the personal use of the owner, and any issues arising from unauthorized use by others will be the responsibility of the customer.

Usage: This card is redeemable at participating stores, and certain products or services may have restrictions.

Non-Exchangeable: This card cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise.

Balance Inquiry: Balance inquiries can be made in-store or online, and may require verification of identity.
